Dr. Roderick Blom

RJ Blom studied medicine in Leiden and specialized as a neurologist with a note on clinical neurophysiology at the University Medical Center Groningen. After his training, he worked for one and a half years at the Wilhelmina Children’s Hospital in Utrecht to become proficient in pediatric neurology. There he gained a lot of experience in the treatment of difficult forms of epilepsy in childhood. Since 1997 he has been working as an independent neurologist, initially at the Lorentz Hospital in Zeist, after the merger in the Diakonessenhuis in Zeist and Utrecht, and at the Curaçao Medical Center in Curaçao. When he was in Utrecht, he also contributed to setting up an MS center
